STOCKTON, Minn. – Presuming the guy had been drunk or otherwise somehow impaired at the wheel, a deputy arrested Nikolas James Meyers, 33, of Stockton. He was parked in front of the Tiger Lily tattoo shop at 2:38 a.m. — long after the shop’s last tatted customer had left and also long after the shop had closed for the day. Meyers’ motor was running. The presumption: Although he wasn’t driving when the deputy sopped him, Meyers must have been driving to get there. The sobriety test didn’t go well. Meyers’ vision seemed blurry. His eyelids were droopy.  He was sweaty. Walking a straight line didn’t go well either.
