WINONA, Minn. – Police finished paperwork to arrest a man suspected of using an alley garage on East Fifth Street as a drug den and perhaps even living there several weeks. Pending an arrest, police didn’t release the man’s name but described him as 50 years old and homeless. Tentative charges: Trespass and burglary.
