DRESBACH, Minn. – A LaCrescent man whom deputies were seeking on a domestic complaint was spotted at the Interstate 90 rest area near Dresbach – and maybe just in time. He was threatening to crash his car into the river and kill himself and a passenger, a deputy said. Cody Mark West, 19, was arrested and taken to jail in Winona. A domestic assault misdemean charge was pending.
