WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, Brittany Alice Hawley, 33, was arrested on a domestic assault complaint at the Winona Arms apartments at Pleasant Hill Drive at Knopf Valley. Another woman told police that Hawley pushed her to the floor and injured her right leg. The woman said Hawley appeared “manic,” according to police. The incident was reported to police about 5:30 p.m.
