WINONA, Minn. – In the 130 years since Winona first had a hospital, thousands of people have stories to tell. Winona Health’s story began with local physicians and ccitizens meeting on February 1894 to discuss the need for a hospital. They agreed to start a hospital and established the Winona General Hospital Association.
