MILWAUKEE. Wis. – An attorney for U.S. Senate candidate Chantia Lewis said that she is innocent of fraud and embezzlement. Jason Luczak attributed the charges against Lewis to an accounting error. There was no criminal intent, he said. The charges, Luzcak said, should be handled at most as a civil, not criminal matter.
