ST. PAUL, Minn. – An audit blamed supervisory lapses for delays in scheduling driver license road tests. The 14-day window for tests within the 14 days of an applicant, as provided in law, has been unmet frequently, the Office of the Legislative Auditor said. Over a sample 20-month period, the 14-day requirement was met only 34% of the time.
