WINONA, Minn. – A LaCrescent man, Brady John Barton, 24, was arrested after, police said, his breath-alcohol tested at .18% in a traffic stop. He had been pulled over on Highway 61 near Huff Street. Deputies said he drew their attention for a dead headlight. as well as crossing the fog line. The stop was about 10 p.m.
