WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Skyler Shane Ehlenfeldt, 26, was arrested with a reference to the courts as a drunk driver. Nixon had been sopped about 2:40 a.m. near Sanborn and Franklin streets for an inoperable taillight. The deputy said he then noticed slurred speech, bloodshot and watery eyes, and dilated pupils.
