WINONA, Minn. — The Winona Municipal Band opens Steamboat Days weekend a few days early with its first concert of the year on Wednesday. . The concert will begin at 8 p.m. at the Winona Lake Park Bandshell. This concert coincides with the centennial anniversary of the bandshell. On the playlist:
