WINONA, Minn. — A Winona woman, Tiffany Lee Mitchell, 42, was booked for assault, robbery and burglary after an incident at a house in the 950 block of West Third Street. The woman living in the house told police that Mitchell entered the unannounced and attacked her, spat on her, took her phone, and left. The victim showed police scratches on her face and chest. The victim’s husband witnessed what happened, police said. Officers found Mitchell across town in the 250 block of Chatfield Street and made the arrest. Mitchell denied the attack, police said.
