WINONA, Minn. – A Winona mna, Jose Miguel Torres Rodriguez, 46, was arrested for drunken driving about 1 a.m. at Third and Huff near downtown. He admitted to five to seven beers, then failed several field-sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test. The breath-alcohol content was .11%. He had been pulled over for having a suspended object in his rearview mirror.
