WINONA, Minn. – A Mankato motorcyclist lost control on a Stockton Hill curve and crashed. Jon Dorien Brown, 51, was taken back down the hill to the Winona hospital with non-life threatning injuries. The accident was about 4 p.m. Brown was climbing the bill westbound toward Rochester on a 2007 Honda about a mile short of the summit. Road conditions: Dry.
