BLUFF SIDING, Wis. – Two people on a motorcycle were injured critically when they went off the a twisty bluffs road and rolled 30 yards. Matthew Doelle, 32, \of Fountain City, the driver, and Heidi Bagniewski, 38, of Cochrane, were rushed seven miles to the Winona hospital. First-responders found Doelle unresponsive. Bagniewski was alert but badly hurt. The accident was up County Road M about 6:30 p.m. The deputies’ report said that speed and alcohol likely contributed.
