WINONA, Minn. — A woman from the Minneapolis suburb of Plymouth smelled of alcohol during a police stop for a bad taillight and was arrested. Giovanna Bella Zanabria, age, 18, had watery and bloodshot eyes and was slurring, the arresting officer said. The stop was about 1:35 a.m, at Huff and Fourth streets. A test showed her blood at 0.13%, alcohol, four points beyond what’s permitted to drive.
