WINONA, Minn. –Deputies sensed something wrong with Julia Marie Johnson, 22, of Mankato, after they stopped her for running a stop sign at Main and Sanborn streets. Her eyes were bloodshot, they said. Also they said she reeked of alcohol. They took her to the station house for a blood-alcohol test. This was about 11 p.m. The results will take a couple days.
