BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. – The body of a woman missing since Thanksgiving was found washed against the Black River dam. There had been an exhaustive search for Stacy Lyn Shramek, 53, after her kayak was found on a river bank near her home. A worker at the dam, operated by Black River Falls Municipal Utilities, discovered the body.
