WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Adam Richard Peterson, 45, was stopped for missing a stop sign at Second Street and Mankato Avenue about 3 a.m. and then arrested as a drunk driver. Police said a breath test showed alcohol in his blood system at .16% — twice the max allowed for driving. He was booked for second-degree driving while intoxicated.
