WINONA, Minn. — A car thief was caught in the act by the man whose car was being driven off in the 1000 block of West Howard Street. The man, who had left the engine running, said he turned around and saw a man driving the vehicle around the corner. Confronted, the man the man fled on foot. Police set up a permitter and arrested Divontay M. Pinkerton, 27.
