ST. PAUL, Minn. – Safety inspections of the Mississippi River bridges at Winona and Wabasha may delay traffic a bit at times in June, the state Transportation Department said. There will be lane closures. The inspections are routine. In all,830 bridges in southeast Minnesota are scheduled. for summer inspections.
