WINONA, Minn. – Due to a water main break. Mankato Avenue was blocked from Highway 61 to the Frontenac Drive access to Walmart and the Far East End detail district. The break also left Winona health stranded except from Parks Avenue, which loops behind the hospital from Mankato and Highway 61. The break was near the Sinclair gas station.
