MINERAL POINT, Wis. – At the138-pound sectionals, senior Zach Foley of Cochrane-Fountain City High School earned a spot at the Division 3 individual state wrestling meet . Foley dropped a 4-2 decision in the championship match but still earned a spot at the state meet.
