WESTBY, Wis. – Deputies found a car in a ditch saddling a culvert up Knapp Creek and the 16-year-old driver unconscious at the wheel. Deputies woke him up. He was taken to the Vernon hospital with possible injuries. Deputies believed the driver was backing down Alderman Road when he lost control sometime in the wee hours and got hung up on the culvert.
