LEWISTON, Minn. – A Jeep hit a guardrail on Interstate 90 and bounced back into the lane of traffic and into the path of another vehicle. The Jeep driver, Rick Kim Nelson, 66, of Austin, was taken to the Winona hospital with injuries that appeared non-life threatening. Nelson had been drinking, police said. The accident was about 9 p.m. near the Lewiston exit. The other driver, Nathin David Voeller, 30, of Rochester, was unhurt. He was driving a 2014 Subaru wagon, Nelson a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both were headed west toward Rochester.
