WINONA Minn. – A LaCrosse man was arrested after a Walmart guard reported stopping him as $1,200 of gear was being wheeled out of the Far East End store. The guard said Cody James Schomers, 32, had skipped paying for the items. In his cart, the guard said, were a desktop computer and a Bose sound bar. This was about 5:45 p.m.
