UTICA, Minn. – A Whalan woman, Jennifer Anne Harms, was cited after a collision at county roads 6 and 33. Deputies said that Harms pulled out in front of another car, which swerved and crashed into a nearby utility pole. No injuries were reported. The accident happened about 12:15 a.m.
