LAKE CITY, Minn. – A vehicle driven by a LaCrosse man, Kokee Johnny Vue, 24, crossed the center line, jumped a curb and struck planter boxes, small trees and a parked car. Vue was unhurt. A passenger, Ka Lia Lee, 20, of LaCrosse, was taken to the Lake City hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The accident was about 10 p.m. on U.S. 61 at Center Street. Alcohol was involved, the State Patrol said.
