PINE ISLAND, Minn. – A Rochester driver and an 8-0year-old boy were injured but not seriously when their vehicle left ice-slick Highway 52 near County Road 1. Charles Matagaro Michira, 49, and the boy were taken a Rochester hospital for perfunctory examinations. The accident was about 9 :15p.m. They were southbound toward Rochester in a 2014 Honda CR-V.
