HART, Minn. — A Rushford driver was hurt when her car and a truck-trailer rig collided near the Hart hamlet in southern Winona County. Laura Lynn Kahoun, 42, was taken 30 miles to a LaCrosse hospital. Deputies described her injuries as sustainable.
