WINONA, Minn. — The driver-side window to a vehicle parked in the Maplewood neighborhood, in the 1650 block of Kraemer Drive, was broken out. The owner told police that items in the vehicle were messed up but nothing seemed missing. The damage was reported to police about 6 p.m.
