WINONA, Minn. – A police officer on patrol came upon a Chevrolet Impala with a broken windshield and driver side window on Laird Street on the East Side. The owner was contacted and said the damage had to have occurred some time after 8:30 the night before. The owner confirmed that nothing had been taken.
