KELLOGG, Minn. – Three people were injured in a two-car crash on Highway 42 south of Kellogg. The drivers, Emma Grace Adams. 18 of North Liberty, Iowa, and Maggie Layne Rahlf, 21, of Stewartville, were transported to the Wabasha hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Rahlf’s passenger, Deonte Aaron Adams, 26, of Winona, was airlifted to a Rochester hospital with injuries that also were non-life-threatening. The State Patrol said Adams’ 2016 Jeep Liberty and Rahlf’s 2012 Ford Focus were traveling eastbound near 170th Avenue when they collided around 1:45 p.m.
