Casino manager lined pockets 3,000 times

MINNEAPOLIS — A supervisor for the Fortune Bay Resort Casino near Tower in northern Minnesota pleaded guilty to a federal embezzlement charge. Jennifer Boutto, 32, of Orr, admitted to stealing $315,000 from 2013 to 2019. The U.S. attorney said Boutto found a way to issue cash refunds in the names of former customers. She utilized the scheme 3,000 times, he said.
