STEWARTVILLE, Minn. – A 24-year-old Stewartville man was charged as using his home as a teen-age hangout for sex. The charges against Austin Joseph Fisher: Furnishing alcohol and drugs to minors and soliciting sex. According to the criminal complaint in Olmsted County District Court, he parties, at 2302 Falcon Terrace Northwest, were last winter, spring and summer. The complaint alleges that Fisher knew the girls’ ages but acknowledges that he denied doing sex. A woman tipped police about activities at Fisher’s house. “A “bunch” of teenagers were there repeatedly, she said. The witness said that Fisher was always touching girls and touched her own buttocks.

October 11: A witness reported that Fisher had sex with three girls, of whom at least at least three whom were under 16.
October 14: In a police interview a girl called Fisher’s residence a place a “hang out spot.” This is the detective’s account of what the girl said: She had met Fisher through another female under 21. He “fed” her alcohol. He called her “big butt” and slapped her buttocks. Fisher tried to get her into his room. She had specific memories of two sexual assaults. On one occasion, she spent the night at Fisher’s place and slept in his bed. When she woke up, Fisher was leaning over her and his fingers were in her vagina. She got up and left the room until others awakened. On another occasion, Fisher handed her drinks and asked her to watch a movie in his room. She ended up on her back on the bed with Fisher on top of her. “I don’t know if I want to do this,” she told him, but he kept telling her that it was OK. Fisher took off her pants and had intercourse.
October 18: In a police interview another teenager confirmed hanging out frequently at Fisher’s residence and that he bought alcohol for the teenagers. These details are from the detective’s report of the interview: At a party the night of May 12, where alcohol and marijuana were in use, Fisher touched her persistently. She told him “no.” Eventually, she relented: “Whatever, just do it.” She made Fisher wear a condom. A short video clip taken by video by a third person showed them in bed the next morning. Fisher always made the teenaged girls feel as if they were obligated to do something sexual in exchange for his alcohol. Fisher would say: “Will you sleep with me? Can I get some head?” The girl asked Fisher directly if he was “feeding” her alcohol to have sex with her and that he replied, “Yes.” The girl said that her under-16 cousin went to Fisher’s house to hang out. He told her that she had big boobs and a fat butt and that he wanted to have sex with her.
October 18: In a police interview, the cousin of the girl interviewed October 19 confirmed that she went to Fisher’s house with her cousin. Fisher asked if she would have sex with him. She pointed out their age difference, to which Fisher said: “It’s not a problem and no one would know.”
October 21: Another teen-ager reported Fisher bought alcohol for underage girls, including herself. She was present when another girl came out of Fisher’s room and was acting as if she was violated. After a while, this witness said, the girl confirmed that there had been intercourse. If Fisher liked a girl, he would do anything to be with her sexually, according to this source. Fisher was “100%” aware of the girls’ ages, this source said. She confronted him about the ages, Fisher said he knew their ages and then something to the effect of, “Do I care? No.”
