WINONA, Minn. – Police responding to a shoplifting call at the Fleet Farm store were suspicious about a bulge in the waistband of a man stopped by store security personnel. In the bulge it looked like meth and marijuana, police said. Terrell Desean Watkins, 33, of Winona, was jailed. This was about 1 p.m. Among charges: Misdemeanor shoplifting for a $30 pair of gloves..
