WINONA, Minn. — A Winona tattoo artist was charged with sexually assaulting a woman during a tatting session. The criminal complaint said that Travis Wayne Musiklek, 38, repeatedly touched the woman in places that had had nothing to do with the tattoo she wanted on her upper thigh. He denied the charge. The incident was in June, the woman said. The next day she showed police a video she took of the session. When arrested, Musilek said he has been tattooing since 2017. Police, however, were unable to find any record that he was licensed. Besides the sexual complaint, he was charged with operating without a license.
