ROCHESTER, Minn. — A Chatfield man was charged with molesting two girls who were 7 or 8 and 10 or 11 at the time. Kenneth Archer Holt, 42, faces six counts of criminal sexual conduct. The girls disclosed their recollections to an adult in June. The incidents, they said, were in 2014, 2015 and 2017. Hey said that Holt touched their chests and genitals above and under their clothing on several occasions when they were alone together.
