WHITEHALL, Wis. – A Chicago man arrested with drugs March 24 near Osseo posted $20,000 bond in Trempealeau County Court. Dajuan Cortez Thomas, 33 was released pending a court appearance Thursday. His bond coincided with the police estimate of the value of the cocaine in his car at $20,000.
