WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Matthew Zaborowski, 22, told police he ran a red light inadvertently because he was drinking chocolate milk at the wheel. The cops smelled marijuana. They said Zaborowski then admitted he had a few grams in the car. It measured out at 7.19 grams. A citation was issued. The stop was at Broadway and Huff, at Windom Park, about 11:40 p.m.
