WINONA, Minn. – A wheelchair lift stalled at Wesley United Methodist Church on Broadway, trapping a person just above the lower stopping location. Firefighters, unable to open the lift doors, used an attic ladder to access the platform and get the lift working again. The trapped person was able to wheel off – and advised how to operate the lift’s buttons. This was about 1:30 p.m.
