WINONA, Minn. – The City Council certified the November 3 election results:
> Scott Sherman as mayor of Winona, defeating Jovy Rockey 6,963 to 5,313.
> Aaron Reoinski for the at-large Coun il seat, defeating Paul Schollmeier 6,559 to 5,171.
> Steve Young to represent Ward 1, defeating Chris G. Meier 2,071 to 949.
> Pam Eyden to represent Ward 3, defeating Will Gibson 1,458 to 1,019.
