WINONA, Minn. – The City Council unanimously approved a $48,000 contract for the community group Engage Winona to solicit public feedback for revising the city’s comprehensive plan. The first stage would be identifying issues ,ideas and visions that are important to Winonans. As the plan takes form, Engage Winona would track community response and keep Council members informed. Marcia Ratliff, executive director of Engage Winona, said her organization has experience with similar community feedback projects.
