ST. CHARLES, Minn. – A Wanamingo man, Ethan Antony Lillie, 23, was stopped for speeding on I-90, then tested for blood-alcohol. It was .09% — .01% more than the law allows. The arresting deputy recommended a fourth-degree driving while intoxicated charge. The stop was about 3:45 a.m.
