LAFARGE, Wis. – The Organic Valley co-op, headquartered in southeast Wisconsin, recorded $1.2 billion in sales in 2020 — the first time over a billion. Bob Kirchoff, chief executive, said the co-op weathered the Covod pandemic by holding a steady price while the demand for organic dairy products grew. Compared to 2019, the improved its consolidated net income by more than $48 million in 2020, Kirchoff said.
