LACROSSE, Wis. – A criminal complaint accusing a 31-year-old Waseca, Minnesota, man of dealing cocaine was filed in follow-up to an arrest on I-90 near Bangor six weeks ago. Reginald Ronald Gales was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana. In making the arrest, police reported finding 85.9 grams of cocaine and $9,000 cash. Gales said he was heading home to Minnesota from Chicago.
