WINONA, Minn. – Things went badly overnight for Stephanie Marie Sveen, 35, of Winona, and she ended up arrested. Tentative charges included domestic assault with fear and harm and furnishing alcohol to a minor. According to police Sveen provided alcohol to the under-21 person and allegedly punched him in her residence near Seventh and Hamilton streets on the East side. The arrest was about 1 a.m.
