LACROSSE, Wis. – Acting on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, police arrested Jacob Krause, 26, on three counts of possession of child pornography. Police said a hard drive found in Krause’s room contained multiple images of child pornography. There was also a notebook user names and passwords. Krause declined to answer any questions when arrested, police said.
