WINONA, Minn. – A Rochester driver, Tyler Drake, 25, was cited for driving after revocation. Police said he had been weaving in the lane of traffic at Sixth and Pelzer streets and struck the curb. Drake was pulled over on Riverview Drive about 10 a.m.
