WINONA, Minn. — After a driver repeatedly refused to get out of her car during a traffic stop, the officer called for backup. Together the two officers dragged Erin Elizabeth Roberts from the vehicle by her arms. This was near Fifth and Liberty streets on the East Side. Roberts, age 27, of Winona, had been recognized by the first officer as not having a valid driving license. He made the traffic sgop about 7:35 p.m. The charges now facing Roberts include obstructing police. Also, the officers said, she had no proof of legally required insurance.
