TROY, Minn. – A driver took a curve near Troy too fast, hit a parked car, and kept on driving. A person in the parked car wasn’t hurt. The driver was described to deputieus as in his 20s with curly hair and driving a blue Ford Fusion. The vehicle has driver side damage, deputies said. The accident was about 4:40 p.m. on Nichols Spring Drive.
